All EverStone epoxies are extremely moisture tolerant. Because of this moisture tolerance, we are able to use water as a trowel lubricant instead of the hazardous solvents that our competitors use. This makes an EverStone installation the most consumer & eco-friendly flooring system around.
- Horizontal Epoxy - a unique, high-strength, 2- component, 100% solids epoxy resin, bonding system. It has been developed for use with the EverStone resurfacing system and has been engineered to withstand corrosive chemical spillages and abrasive traffic. It also meets all of the USDA guidelines for use in federally inspected poultry and meat plants. Our Horizontal Epoxy is also formulated in 2 viscosities, so your installation gets the right amount of epoxy, when installing in warmer climates.
- Ultra UV-Blocker Epoxy - An exclusive, optional, epoxy that is far superior to any competitors. It features a proprietary UV blocking additive that helps to extend exterior gloss retention times.
- High Build Prime-Coat - EverStone is never applied with the outdated and inferior "trickle-down" method of bonding decorative natural stone to concrete as competitors still do. Instead, EverStone is always applied to a clean substrate that has been heavily primed with a proprietary breathable epoxy primer that has an adhesion strength of 400+ p.s.i (ASTM D-4541). The breathable prime coat protects, seals and strengthens the existing substrate and allows EverStone to bond 100%.
- Elastomeric Joint-Fill - A special "elastomeric" joint-fill / crack weld that transfers substrate movement to a flexible membrane. This helps to keep your floor seamless and therefore much more durable.
- Ever-Gloss - A Super High-Strength, engineered polymer, that resists the damage caused from sun, salt, chlorine and many other contaminants. When properly applied over an existing structurally sound, epoxy-stone floor, Ever-Gloss provides unsurpassed gloss retention. It is perfect for swimming pool decks, hot tub areas, patios, garages and even stamped concrete. It has been proven to outperform ANY other clear gloss, top coat, on the market today!
